I have been a long standing Green Bay Packers fan. In fact, since I was born.One of my fondest memories was game day and my mom would make Sloppy Joes. That's such a funny name, huh? Just thinking of that gives me a hankering for Sloppy Joes and a Packers game this weekend. Conventional Sloppy Joes have a ton of sugar. Here's killer easy to make recipe that has all the added sugar stripped out but all the amazing flavor that make you want to shout "touch down"!


Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup Trinity Hill Farms No Added Sugar Ketchup
1 tablespoon Fructevia, Steviva Blend or very tiny dash of Stevia Powder
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion

 

Directions

Place the turkey, diced onions and green pepper in a large skillet over medium heat, cook until evenly brown, and drain.


In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix the Trinity Hill Farms No Added Sugar Ketchup, Fructevia, Steviva Blend or Stevia Powder, vinegar, and mustard. Mix in the turkey. Cook, stirring often, 30 minutes.
