Holiday Mocha Cheesecake BarsReport Violation

Coffee and chocolate, two of my favorite flavors. Your guests will flip out when eating one of these low sugar, low glycemic and diabetic safe Mocha Cheese Cake Bars. They will not even know they are eating healthy. These are fantastic. Try it out.
3/4 cup flaxseed meal
3/4 cup almond meal/flour
1/2 stick of butter or margarine, diced
dash of cinnamon
1/4 cup of Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or a dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder plus another 1/2 cup.
6 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee, divided
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoons plus 1 cup chilled heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 large egg
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat the bottom of an 11x7 baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
Set aside 1/2 of the crumb mixture for crumb topping.
Press remaining mixture into the bottom of buttered/sprayed baking pan.
Bake crumb topping mix you set aside and the crumbs you pressed into the baking pan for about 10 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes or so.
Keep the oven on.
Stir remaining 5 teaspoons of instant coffee, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon cream and vanilla in a small bowl until powder dissolves.
Beat the cream cheese in large bowl until smooth.
Then add the coffee cocoa mixture and then the egg.
Spread filling over the crust. Bake until set...25 minutes. Chill uncovered for a couple hours or longer.
Top with whipped cream (optional) and enjoy.
