No Added Sugar Holiday Fudge

Growing up we all looked forward to my mom's holiday fudge. Us kids had no idea that we were basically consuming sugar and fat. While my mom had the best of intentions and her generation loved their sugar we have a version that is very similar to dear old mom's but, without all the added sugar. In addition, we have even knocked out a lot of the saturated fat. Put a plate of this fudge in front of the youngsters and they will gobble it up and beg for more but, they won't get the bad effects that too much sugar can bring.
Low Glycemic No Added Sugar Fudge
Ala Low Carb, Low Glycemic, Diabetic safe, no added sugar, made with stevia
Serves: 16
Carbs Per Serving: 9.1 g
Prep Time:<25 minutes

16 ounces low fat or fat free cream cheese, softened
2 unsweetened chocolate squares (1ounce each) melted and cooled
1/2 cup Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or a dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate,Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or a dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into 8-inch square baking pan lined with foil.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled.
