No Added Sugar Fresh Fruit Salad with LimeReport Violation

There is nothing that starts your day off with a bang like fresh fruit. If you are planning on hitting the gym first thing in the morning this fresh fruit salad is a great starter. Sure... it has some carbs but, you will be burning them off at the gym right? If you want to crank up the protein sprinkle some walnuts on top. Delish!
4 cups fresh fruit (apple wedges, kiwi, grapes, strawberries, cherries, etc.)
1 cup fat free sour cream
2 tablespoons Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or a tiny dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
Cut up fresh fruit (apple wedges, banana slices, grapes, strawberries, cherries, etc.)
Stir together all dressing ingredients in small bowl.
Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes and serve.
Sprinkle some walnuts on top if you want more protein and Omega 3.
