Ingredients:
10 ounces milk or plain nut milk
1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter if you prefer)
1 medium banana
1 tablespoon Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a tiny dash to taste of Stevia
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
Use 6 ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
Cool options:
Using greek yogurt in stead of milk adds extra protein and makes for a creamier smoothie.
Use frozen banana and you can omit the ice cubes.
Add 1 tablespoon of protein powder to kick up the protein.
Add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder for a chocolaty tasty goodness.
