Low Glycemic No Added Sugar Mango Blackberry Vegan ShakeReport Violation

Getting started in the morning can be a challenge for me. Try this dairy-free no added sugar shake made with mangos, blackberries, and coconut and you will get in the game. This is also awesome in the afternoon.
1/2 cup fresh mango
1/2 cup soy/almond milk
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tablespoon of Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a tiny dash of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder
1 tablespoon of flax meal
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Combine the Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a tiny dash of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder, flax meal, protein powder if you would like and soy milk in a blender or a food processor fitted with a blade attachment. Pulse 8 to 10 times or until mostly smooth.
Add the blackberries, mangos and coconut and pulse 4 to 5 times more to combine. Pour into a chilled pint glass and serve.
