I picked up an ice cream maker on Amazon for about $50 bucks. What a great deal! Most ice cream has around 14 grams of sugar per serving. This version has about 2. Your kids will love it. I used blackberries since they are all over the Pacific Northwest but, you can use whatever fruit you please. Next I am going to use cherries from Hood River and peaches too.

2 (14 ounce) cans un-sweetened evaporated milk
1/4 cup Fructevia, Steviva Blend or dash teaspoon of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder
5 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups blackberries



Combine evaporated milk, FructeviaSteviva Blend or dash teaspoon of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder, milk, cream, vanilla, salt and fruit in freezer canister of ice cream maker.

Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
