Ingredients:
1 cup diced avocado
2 tablespoon cooked sweet potato or yam
1 cup frozen banana sliced
3/4 cup almond milk (nut milk of choice or regular milk)
1/2 teaspoon Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a tiny dash to taste Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder

 

Directions

Add 1 cup avocado, peeled, pitted, and cubed to blender.


Next add 2 Tablespoon canned sweet potato or yam.


Add 1 cup of frozen banana, sliced.


And 3/4 cup nut milk of choice (or regular milk).


Finally add Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a tiny dash to taste Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder.


Blend until smooth.


Serve immediately and enjoy.
