Gluten Free Brownies - No Added Sugar Low GlycemicReport Violation

Who doesn't like brownies? I know I do. This is a really unique recipe I have been working on over the weekend and I am sure I have it perfected. These brownies are super moist and tasty. The best part is they are gluten free, low glycemic, low carb, diabetic safe and low sugar. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did. Bon appétit!
1/2 cup cocoa or carob powder
1/3 cup canola or olive oil (really it is good)
5 ounce cans beans (kidney, pinto, garbanzo, navy, or black beans all work well drained and rinsed
1/4 cup Fructevia, Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or a dash of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder mixed with a 1/4 of unsweetened apple sauce.
1 cup cooked quinoa or raw oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or any spices you like. Get creative!
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup almonds or any nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put all ingredients in a food processor (a good blender would also work) and process until smooth.
Oil an 8x8 inch pan.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until brownies look ready.
Cool, cut and enjoy!
