Ingredients:
5 medium tart apples, sliced
1 tablespoon whole grain flour or almond meal
2 cups whole-berry no-added sugar cranberry sauce (see recipe here)
1/4 cup Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a tiny dash Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder
Topping:
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 cup Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a tiny dash Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder
1/4 cup whole grain flour or almond meal
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons oat bran
2 tablespoons canola or olive oil
2 tablespoons coconut oil (or butter), melted
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Greek style yogurt, optional topping
Directions
In a large bowl, combine apples and flour; toss to coat.
Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over apple mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.
Serve with frozen Greek style yogurt with a dash of sweetener. (optional)
